Process:From Our Nursery to Your Doorstep

Suwannaphum Orchids Nurturing Beauty Through Every Stage

Learn about the journey of our orchids and the meticulous steps we take along the way to ensure highest standards. From handpicking mother plants to hybriziding and mericlone. From a single cell to a fully mature plant.

Process 1

Mericloning / Hybrid Cross pollination (R&D)

Mericloning – Selection of the most desired charisteristics including; Shape, Color, Size, Easy floweing, Disease resistant… Once the criterias are met orchid shoots are sent to our labratory for mericloning.

Hybrid Cross Pollination – Once the desired pair of orchid plant is determined for cross pollination the outcome produces a matured seed pods ready to be propogated in our labratory.

Process 2

Seedling Stage

Once the younglings have left bottling flasks from our labratory facility. They are then brought to our dedicated seedling farm. Here they will begin nusery stage. Here the seedlings will be taken extra care with extra precaution to ensure steady growth and disease free culture.

Process 3

Matured Orchid stage

Once a seedling, now the orchid plant has fully matured at our final facility. At this stage, orchid plants will begin to develop spike ready to blossom flower. At this stage Suwannaphum Orchids offers a wide variety of orchids including species and hybrids to a wide rang of customers including; hobbyists, collectors, landscapers, retailers and more.

Process 4

Cut Flower Facilities

In addition to the sales of pot plant orchids we are also involved in the trades of White Cut Flowers as well as Cut Flower Seedlings (Specializing in White Cut Flower). Furthemore, the use of White Cut Flower may include; Weddings, events, religious ceremonies, Hotel Decorations and more.
